Mrben Casino Responsible Gambling

Responsible gambling at mrbencasinogb.com

At mrbencasinogb.com, we encourage you to set boundaries before gambling and to stop if play becomes difficult to control. Gambling should be entertainment, never a plan for repaying debts. Adults only: 18+.

White Hat Gaming Limited, the operator of Mrben Casino, provides the account controls described below. Apply these through your casino account or the operator’s support team. Reading this page or sending a general enquiry does not activate a restriction.

Set spending and time limits

Choose an amount you can afford to lose and a stopping time before starting. Take breaks, review your account history and avoid trying to recover losses through further bets.

The operator offers financial limits at registration and through account settings:

ControlHow it works
Daily limitCovers the preceding 24 hours.
Weekly limitCovers the preceding 7 days.
Monthly limitCovers the preceding 28 days; this is also the month used when comparing limit changes.
Lower limitTakes effect immediately.
Higher limitRequires a 24-hour wait followed by confirmation using the emailed link and financial-limit settings.
Change of limit typeSwitching between gross and net deposit limits requires 24 hours, followed by confirmation in settings or through the emailed link.

A financial limit covers the relevant Mrben account only. It does not automatically extend to accounts on other websites in the operator’s network.

Reality-check reminders can be set through the casino homepage or the Responsible Gambling area of My Account, with intervals starting at one minute. Set them again after logging out: reminders do not carry over into your next session.

Take a break

The operator’s time-out option lets you choose between 24 hours and six weeks in My Account. Confirmation immediately blocks login for the selected duration. The operator cannot shorten or remove an active time-out. Apply separate breaks to any other accounts you hold.

Existing balances and advance bets remain, and any winnings are credited, but winnings cannot be accessed until the break ends. Future bets, saved game stages, advance bingo tickets, bonus funds and promotion or competition entries cannot be cancelled through the time-out and remain inaccessible during it. Bonuses can expire under their existing terms; expired bonuses are not restored afterwards.

Two recurring controls are also available:

  • Clock-off: choose hourly blocks on particular weekdays. Restrictions begin immediately and repeat weekly. Removing all clock-off restrictions takes 24 hours.
  • Payday time-out: block access for the selected date from 00:00 until 23:59, repeating weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks, monthly or on each month’s last day. Weekends and public holidays do not move the chosen date. You can change the date; removing the restriction entirely involves a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion when you need to stop

Self-exclusion lasts from six months to five years. It applies across White Hat Gaming Limited’s network, with the longest requested period taking precedence if different accounts have different exclusion periods. The operator takes reasonable steps to block account access and new registrations. No excluded account can be reactivated before its exclusion ends.

To complete the operator’s process:

  1. Open the self-exclusion control in your casino account and acknowledge the restrictions.
  2. Choose the exclusion period and submit the request.
  3. Check for the email confirming that exclusion has been implemented.

Leaving the process unfinished leaves the account active. If you cannot finish it, contact the operator’s support team, explain that the automated attempt failed and explicitly request manual self-exclusion. Email requests take time to process. Unless you specify a different duration, the operator uses six months. Exclusion begins only after implementation and email confirmation.

Tell the operator about additional accounts, and report any continued access immediately after confirmation. Do not attempt to reopen an account or register another during exclusion. The operator’s policy does not promise repayment of funds from continued gambling or attempts to bypass exclusion, including where marketing reaches you or automated checks fail to detect the attempt.

Reopening after exclusion is not automatic. It requires contact with support, a telephone conversation with the Responsible Gambling team, a 24-hour cooling-off period and renewed confirmation of reactivation.

Ordinary account closure is different: support can reopen a normally closed account, and closure does not impose network-wide exclusion. If gambling is becoming a problem, state clearly that you want self-exclusion.

Recognise when to seek support

Consider whether you are hiding gambling expenditure, using money needed for essentials, neglecting relationships or hobbies, or feeling compelled to win back losses. If any of these apply, speak to someone and consider self-exclusion.

The support services listed in Mrben’s responsible-gambling materials include:

  • GamCare — support for people affected by gambling.
  • GambleAware — information and help with gambling concerns.
  • Gamblers Anonymous — support through shared experiences.
  • GAMSTOP — registration for wider online self-exclusion in Great Britain.

Account-level limits do not replace wider exclusion. Consider other gambling accounts as well as Mrben when taking steps to stop.

Keep gambling accounts away from children

Keep account credentials private, supervise access to shared devices and consider parental filtering tools. Mrben’s operator can request identification where it suspects underage use. Report suspected use by a child to the operator’s support team.
